About Kathryn

Art in all its forms has been my love for as long as I can remember. Starting with pencil sketching as a child, I have explored many different media including charcoal portraits, pastels, acrylics, pen and ink, calligraphy, batik, and textile arts.

Since discovering watercolor in 2005, it has become my medium of choice. I am continually inspired by the beauty and simplicity of the natural world, and the open air and pure colors of the southwest.
